Local pick-up in Antwerp City, Zurenborg
Local pick-up is available for customers who prefer to collect their jewellery in person.
If you select local pick-up at checkout, the exact details (address and timing) will be arranged personally after purchase via email. Pick-up is by appointment only.
This option is available for ready-to-ship, made-to-order, and bespoke pieces, once the item is completed.
You are welcome to have a look at other pieces of jewellery at the time of pick-up, let me know in advance.
Shipping
All jewellery is handmade with care in my studio in Antwerp.
• Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment.
• Made-to-order pieces have a production time of 3 to 5 weeks. This is clearly stated on the product page.
• Bespoke / custom pieces are made in close consultation and have an individually agreed timeline.
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Ready-to-ship items
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Conditions:
• The item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued within 14 days

You are more than welcome to bring your item back in person, by appointment only.
If your piece of jewellery is eligible for a refund or an exchange, we can discuss that beforehand and make sure you leave with your refund or a new piece of jewellery.
Made-to-order & bespoke items
Made-to-order and bespoke/custom pieces are excluded from returns and refunds. However, I want you to feel good about your purchase, so I could be able to suggest a remodel of your piece, at minimal cost.
This includes:
• Jewellery made specifically for you
• Pieces made to your measurements, specifications, or personal requests
• Custom-designed or personalized items
This exception is in line with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law / EU Directive 2011/83, which excludes custom-made goods from the right of withdrawal.

Exchanges & Repairs
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please
contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos. I will, of course, work with you to find an appropriate solution (repair, replacement, or refund).
Normal wear, accidental damage, or improper care are not covered.
Expected processing delays
As soon as I receive your return, I will send you an email stating the next steps.
If your item is eligible for a refund, the bank transfer is initiated within 14 days.
If your item needs to be exchanged or repaired, I will contact you to discuss the next steps, preferably by mail or via text and photo exchange using Whatsapp.
