Shipping policy

All jewellery is handmade with care in my studio in Antwerp.

• Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment.
• Made-to-order pieces have a production time of 3 to 5 weeks, as stated on the product page.
• Bespoke / custom pieces are made in close consultation with an individually agreed timeline.

Local pick-up is available in Antwerp City, Zurenborg, by appointment only. If you select this option at checkout, the exact address and timing will be arranged personally via email after purchase. This option is available for ready-to-ship, made-to-order, and bespoke pieces once completed.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. A confirmation email is sent once your order has shipped. I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.
